Focus Martial Arts Programs
Focus Martial Arts offers children's, adult, pre-school and special needs programming throughout a variety of locations in Ottawa. Our services fall into two distinct categories: on site programs and ongoing programs, each of which are designed to be convenient ways to help people experience the many benefits that Martial Arts offers. All programs are continual and offer a complete curriculum which will help any student meet their Martial Arts and fitness goals!
On Site Programming
At Focus Martial Arts our on-site programs are those which can be implemented in pre-existing childcare locations. Our on-site programs offer the same curriculum and belt structure as our ongoing program, all delivered to you on-site at your childcare location! We are prepared to offer this service in:
Schools- Childcare Centres
- After School Programs
- Community Centres
- Other Youth Organizations
All of our full service onsite programs will provide students with a uniform, white belt (and all other belts between white and brown) and other equipment designed to help students maximise their training. We are currently offering the following on site children's programs:

Ongoing Programming
At Focus Martial Arts our ongoing programs are those currently running during weekday evenings, which are offered year round with no set start time – we continually accept and encourage new members in our ongoing programs. Programs also benefit from a variety of payment options and will provide children with everything they need to make it to black belt and beyond! We are currently offering the following ongoing programs:
